Starlit Night

This star trail photograph was taken at Pico de Loro in Batangas, PH. A total of 2 hours exposure with a full moon just a little bit out of frame. Definitely one of the better star trail photographs I’ve taken so far.

Fire near the Port Area of Manila. This was fairly recent, happened around 2a.m. if I remember correctly. I quickly grabbed my Canon EOS 7D and a tripod and shot this from my bedroom window.

Half a year without a new post… So, here’s one! I’ve been busy with quite a number of things these past 6 months.. I started my online business 5 months ago, and it’s been keeping me busy. I am also working on my website, rzk12.com, which is STILL under construction.

Anyway, about the photo… I took this during our summer trip to Mt. Pinatubo with a few of my college buddies. Let’s just say that the 3-hour trek to reach Pinatubo’s crater was well worth the pain and suffering we had to go through to get there.. Going back wasn’t as difficult, or maybe I was just too exhausted to even feel my legs. Haha!

Hey yo! Happy new year!! Sooo.. where do I begin?

2013 has been amazing, probably one of the best years of my life! Anyway, here’s a star trail photo I took during our trip to Tagaytay over the weekend before the new year. I’m uploading this instead since I wasn’t able to capture the fireworks display because I spent the last 30 mins of 2013 inside the hospital emergency room (firework-related injury). And stars are WAAAAAAY better and WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more magical.

Happy new year, everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful year ahead!!! Keep shootin’! Or posing! Whichever you prefer!

Good night!!!

Another thing I love about December.

The sunsets are almost always this perfect.
